Vital Care Connect’s Health Information

Vital Care Connect provides community-based and digitally supported maternal health information to women during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period.

We combine in-person education sessions with mobile phone communication (calls and SMS) to deliver timely guidance on birth preparedness, maternal nutrition, newborn care, danger signs, breastfeeding, and immunisation reminders.

Our simple digital approach ensures continuous support beyond community meetings — helping mothers stay informed, seek care early, and make safe decisions for themselves and their babies.

Through this blended model, we strengthen maternal confidence, improve health outcomes, and expand access to life-saving information in underserved communities.
